Powdered Metal Bronze – SAE 841
· RoHS, REACH, DFARS compliant
· Standard stock products available
· Vacuum impregnated with SAE 30 oil
· Self-lubricating
· Ideal for heavy loads at moderate speeds or light loads at high speeds
· Effective in temperature range of +10°F to + 175°F with standard oil
· Available in oils for other temperature ranges on a made-to-order basis
· Standard tolerances vary by size.
Cast Metal Bronze – SAE 660
· RoHS, REACH, DFARS compliant
· Standard stock products available
· 13” Standard up to 105" Length bars available
· Non-porous, highly dense grain structure for long life
· Ideal for applications requiring hardness, strength, and wear resistance
· Ideal for heavy loads at moderate speeds or light loads at high speeds
· Effective in temperature range of -450° F to + 450° F
· Common mfg. specs: ASTM B505, QOC-390B Type III B144-52-3B
